Janet was most recently a Partner in Titan Broadcast Management, where she founded T Media Sales as a separate sales entity. She excels in creative sales strategies, team-building, and sales software product development. She believes that all digital OTA networks deserve the most creative and vigilant sales efforts through storytelling.

Joseph Dugan

President

Joe is a leading media sales executive with over 20 years of management experience and 35 years of representing Kids, Sports, News and Entertainment properties across all media platforms. His most recent role was Senior Vice President at WarnerMedia, overseeing sales efforts across a wide range of networks including TBS, TNT, CartoonNetwork, CNN and TRUtv.  Joe is always eager to share his years of media knowledge with clients and partners alike; consulting with early-stage companies, working with venture capitalists and his alma mater, Villanova University, guiding current students.  Joe is passionate about nurturing client relationships, utilizing brand research and data to benefit customers, and creating exciting new opportunities in the Diginet advertising space.

Lee brings vast experience in network, local and national sales. Over the last 20 years, she held management roles at the startup PaxTV, Ion Television and KCAL TV, in addition to working as a media buyer early in her career. Her buying experience with large and small brands from retail (Sears & Target Stores) to fast food (Burger King) to entertainment (MGM) brings a unique perspective to the sales process. Lee specializes in building client relationships, growing revenue, managing inventory and giving attention to every detail.

Sae has over 20 years of accounting and finance experience in the television industry.  She has held roles at MGM, TNT, and FOX Sports.  During her tenure at Fox Sports, she oversaw the financials for NFL, MLB, Nascar, and at the time, the newly launched channels FS1 and FS2.  In her role at T Media Sales, Sae is committed to supporting the sales team in maximizing revenue and ensuring the company operates with the highest level of efficiency.
