T Media Sales Names Joseph Dugan President – Sales Industry Veteran to Oversee Diginet Ad Sales Firm

Los Angeles, November 2, 2021– T Media Sales today announced Joseph Dugan, former
WarnerMedia senior sales executive, has joined the company as President.


T Media Sales provides innovative and creative sales, consulting, and billing services to emerging
networks and the advertising agencies who utilize them. In his new role, Dugan will oversee T
Media Sales’ existing Diginet retail and stand-up ad sales efforts, while developing new digital
strategies and offerings for the company’s current OTA and OTT Diginet clients.


While at WarnerMedia, Dugan served as Senior Vice President, Portfolio Sales and Client
Partnerships, overseeing the sales efforts across the company’s domestic entertainment, news and
children’s multimedia properties including TBS, TNT, CNN, HLN, Cartoon Network, [adult swim],
and TRUtv. He previously served as SVP of Turner Digital Properties, where he led the national
sales team, and as SVP of CNN Digital, where he built the first national sales team for CNN.com from
the ground up.

In his early career, Dugan worked as a National Account Executive and National Sales Manager for
CNN after managing the research and marketing for the Madison Square Garden Network, creating
promotions for the New York Knicks, Yankees, and Rangers.


Dugan holds a Master of Fine Arts from Emerson College and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass
Communications from Villanova University where he was elected to the first President’s Leadership
Council and now serves as an adjunct professor.
